Polish Yacht Registration Form

In order to apply for the Polish MMSI you must be in possession of a valid operator license, issued by a governmental institution, any other certificates or radio training certificates are not accepted. All the equipement you have on board has to have a CE marking and the CE certificate, portable devices like portable VHF cannot be registered in Poland as the Polish authorities do not require a MMSI license for portable devices. The MMSI license takes about 5-6 weeks after we have received the original registration.
